Over a decade ago Rhonda Hendrix, founder, had a vision to establish a Home Health & Hospice Agency. Encouragement from my family, soul searching and prayer, lead us to open our Tishomingo Branch in December 1996. Establishing our Home Office in the heart of the Chickasaw and Choctaw Nations, the company name, Indian Territory, was derived from the days prior to Statehood when Oklahoma was known as Oklahoma Indian Territory. Since 1996, Indian Territory Home Health and Hospice has flourished with new patients and employees. We have also vastly expanded services we offer. Our one office has expanded to fourteen and we now serve ALL of Southern Oklahoma with Home Health, Hospice and Medical Equipment & Supplies.
